Math — Cognitive Guided Instruction

This math lesson is taught as cognitive guided instruction to kindergarten students. This particular lesson intends to teach students to discover different ways of making teen numbers, and among those ways is one that can simplify counting-on method with skip-count. By the end of the lesson, SWBAT describe how they make a teen number using counters to show different grouping strategies.
