我最近很想要再開始用跑步當運動~可是當你每一天超忙,很難找到時間(和動機)! 到你不想做的事情,但你知道對你有好處,有時候實在是太難了,所以我發現你需要找到其他方法讓自己做到。 我發現一種很有用的方式就是緊密追踪我的訓練,看我訓練的進步(和燃燒更多卡路里!),並激勵自己做更好的每個運行會話! 最近,我下載了這個APP(@Runtastic App),它跟踪我的運行進度,讓我想要每次擊敗我的結果。 但是很酷的是,這不僅僅是跑步 - 你可以追踪一切從網球到喚醒登機,力量訓練,瑜伽(我所喜歡的活動)-還有GPS技術!甚至還有一個鞋跟踪的功能,告訴你跑了幾公里,什麼時候可能想考慮買新鞋子保護腳踝!此外,你必須承認,跟踪並打敗你的結果會讓自己有很好的感覺,對不對?

When you have a super busy schedule, it’s so hard to find the time (and the motivation) to run, something I’ve been meaning go get back at doing! Finding the will to do something you don’t want to do, but you know is good for you, can be so hard sometimes - so what I found is that you need to find other ways to get yourself moving. One way I’ve found that works really well is to track my workouts, see my training (and calorie-burning!) progress, and motivate myself to do better each running session! Recently, I downloaded this app (@Runtastic App) which tracks my running progress, making me want to beat my results each time after. But what’s cool about is is that’s it’s not just for running - you can track everything from tennis to wake boarding to strength training to yoga (all the activities I love doing!) with GPS technology as well. There’s even a shoe tracking function that tells you how many kilometers you’ve run and when you might want to consider getting new shoes so you don’t hurt your ankles! Plus, you have to admit, tracking and then beating your results, does make you feel a lot better, right?
